The cold weather has been rough, but it has been rougher for our furry friends. Not only have there been cold temperatures but also constant snow on the ground. Every time our furry friends search for their buried food stuffs, they have to wade through several inches of snow and ice. Still yet, the strong north winds blow right through their leafy homes high in the trees. And when you throw in several red tailed hawks that have been patrolling the various quads of campus, every visit to the ground has to brief. Recently this squirrel, spotted on God Quad, was trying to blend in with the tree as he surveyed the lay of the land. On being spotted, this squirrel non-verbaled, "You don't see me. Look away."
