Hall Government in action...

... action. Every week in Steds Flounge, the Steds Hall President, Aidan Tompkins, and his Vice Presidents, John Digenan and Dan McGuire, hold court at a weekly Hall Government Meeting with their constituents. Regardless if the meetings are short or long, they are always entertaining as well as informative, briefing residents on Hall happenings and various campus matters. But if you have a really important Hall Government Meeting because you have something worth telling, how do you, as the President, get more of your constituents present? A great question, but for President Tompkins, there is a simple answer. Tompkins gave the masses one thing- food. Providing all meeting attendees Raising Cane's, attendance at the weekly Hall Government Meeting went through the proverbial roof. And good thing too as upcoming hall elections were discussed. On having food present at the meeting, a Stedsman, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said, "Augustus Caesar once said, 'give the people bread and games.' Perhaps a modern interpretation of that line would be 'giv'em chicken wings and anything fried.'''

... and the hungry masses.
