McClimon and Sexton: Frothing it up
... it up! Recently, a shipment of froth powder arrived at Steds, and the Gentlemen were ecstatic. Why so much excitement over froth powder? Because cappuccinos were now back on the menu! For too long, the Steds coffee machine was running at a less than optimal level as a nationwide shortage of froth powder prevented the making of cappuccinos. You see, froth powder allow for the frothy top, making a cappuccino a cappuccino. Without that powder, well, cappuccinos were dream. On making it froth at Steds, Mace Sexton, assistant rector and 2nd year law student, shared, “I’m not much of coffee drinker myself, but I’m happy to have played a part in ending the cappuccino drought here at Steds. And I definitely hear and see more folks using the coffee machine since the return of the cappuccino, so I think it’s safe to say the cappuccinos were greatly missed.”
