Steds A Team: Our pride and joy
... sports stars at Steds! Steds B Team isn't the only rising star on the basketball courts at Notre Dame. Far from it! Because there is another star... and it's rising fast. Yes, the Steds A Basketball Team is on the move and making a run for the coveted RecSports Champsioship and donning the even more coveted RecSports Champion t-shirt! With Steds senior and resident Illinoisan, John Digenan, at the helm as captain, the squad had a bit of shaky start against Knott Hall, but under Digenan's tutelage, they had a nice and quick rebound. On the season's start and the run for the Championship, Digenan stated, "After a rough showing last week and despite missing star player, Holden Welter, the lads were able to get the season back on track with a win over Duncan. Next week’s game will be a big one as the lads try to make a playoff push. It's a slam dunk.”
