It's just plain...

It's cold!

... cold. With Christmas Break over, residents have now returned for another semester of learning. But as they did, they discovered a new definition of cold. On the first day of class, the temperature hovered at 1F, but when the wind was taken into account, it felt like -21F! Unfortunately, the Gentlemen did not get want what they hoped for- canceled classes- but thankfully, at Notre Dame's oldest and most storied residence hall, St. Edward's Hall, it is cozy and warm. But there is more good news. The temperature is expected to rise throughout the week to more seasonal norms. On the cold weather, Nikolai Eggleton, Steds junior and Red Room podcast co-host, shared, "When people told me I was too cool for school, I didn't take it literally - until now."

In the Red Room will return after all the dust of Syllabus Week settles. Stay tuned because you haven't heard anything yet!
