... cold, but it doesn't mean there aren't smiles at Steds nor Ed's. Indeed, every Gentlemen is glad to be back from Christmas Break, and Ed's continues to serve up what everyone is looking for late at night. Recently, Ed's brought back a seasonal favorite, something that was shared by Paddy Foss, Steds assistant rector and graduate of the University of Virginia. What did culinary delight did Paddy share? The grillswith, a healthy and tasty concoction of doughnuts and ice cream. Offered at Ed's as the Southern Union and for a limited time only, this treat has become a late night favorite. On enjoying his Southern Union, AJ Jones, Steds freshman and Nebraskan, said, “I never thought about the combination of ice cream and a warm Krispy Kreme doughnut, but it is truly amazing. I only wish it was on the Ed’s menu indefinitely!”
