... to go at Ed's. Yes, the door of everyone's favorite eatery is open again. Once again, Ed's is serving up everyone's favorite late night snacks, pizza sticks, paninis, and much more. But none of this could happen if it weren't for a few dedicated and brave Stedsmen, the Culinary Service Representatives, who keep the late night fires lit. It's the Ed's CSRs, like sophomore and inter-hall football champion, Mike Jekot, who serve up the food, smiles, and conversation. It's to these men that every Stedsmen owe a debt of gratitude... and a tip too. On serving up Ed's specialities for his fellow Stedsmen, Jekot said, "What can I say, but I like playing with fire."
