Who are you?!

... deepens. During the summer, you, the readership of the Gentlemen's Monthly were asked to assist in solving a mystery. Yes, a passionate plea was made to discover the name of the driver with Illinois plates that said "STEDS." In case you missed this, click HERE. Unfortunately, no one was able to assist in solving the mystery, but now, we have a new mystery. Who is the driver with Illinois plates that say "RALPH." On these unique license plates, Fr. Ralph said, "I don't own a car, and if I did, I am glad that I am not living in Illinois. Still, I would like to meet this driver as I have never met a Ralph who I didn't like."
