Miller, Sasone, Lynch, and Theis are all smiles...
... and another marathon. That's run, more marathoning! Stedsmen from the Class 2023 gathered in Washington D.C. to run in the Marine Corps Marathon. After much training, Sam Miller, Nick Sansone, Mike Lynch, and Ben Theis ALL completed the 26.2 mile course, and in so doing made it all look as if it was just the proverbial walk in the park. Congratulations to our Gentlemen marathoners! But there's more to the story. In addition to finishing a marathon, these Stedsmen joined their parents in watching ND dismantle Navy in the Meadowlands. Steds moms, Tina Sansone, Beth Miller, Maria Theis and Linda Lynch, along with Steds dads, Rod Sansone, John Miller, and Tom Lynch, joined their sons in some post-marathon decompression and ND tailgating, making it all a weekend to remember. On the Stedsmen running the MCM, Tina Sansone shared, "Yes, they were running as crayons! And our crayons got a lot of love from spectators along the course! There were shouts of 'Hey, it’s the green crayon,' and 'look it's the blue crayon!' Other shouts were 'It’s the purple crayon,' and 'Go yellow crayon.' Don't put these crayons in a box!"
