 Irish and American smiles all around: Conal and Maggie 

... getting married. Yes, Conal Fagan '21 of Steds and former ND Leprechaun recently proposed to Maggie Arriola '17 of Badin Hall, and thankfully, she said yes. When Fagan returned his native Ireland, Maggie was already there, working for the University in Dublin at its O'Connell House. Before you knew it, they were engaged. The wedding will be celebrated in 2024 in Fagan's hometown of Derry. On the engagement, Fr. Ralph said, "As a freshman, Conal told me he came to Notre Dame to find a good Catholic, ND girl. And you know what, he really did!"
