Calopteryx maculata
This Saturday, our furry friends are on hiatus, and so, we can focus on someone else who might be spotted on campus. Seen flying about the lakes, this ebony jewelwing damselfly put on a show and displayed its elegant black and metallic blue-green coloring, making any passerby stop and take in the sight. On the sight, Fr. Ralph shared, “Did Earl Scheib do a paint job on that damselfly? Wow. What a sight to behold!”
