C.S.R.s are a dedicated group of Stedsmen, who have been thoroughly trained in the sandwich and milkshake arts, providing sustenance to extinguish any late night cravings. They do that and more... because they do it all with a smile! On what make his customer service distinctive, Shady Girgis, Steds sophomore and C.S.R., said, "Even if the person off the street said that a bad panino was a good, I wouldn’t serve it to the family… Steds is my family, and you don’t ever take sides with anyone against the family.”
