Iced out
Sometimes our furry friends aren't as social. Perhaps they sense the stress among the students who are preparing for Finals. Whatever it is, campus squirrels have been a standoffish as of late with everyone they encounter, including other squirrels. This standoffishness was most visible in St. Edward's Park when two squirrels were seen on opposite sides of the same oak tree. Even though they were so close to each other, they were worlds apart. On being frosty, these squirrels were unable to non-verbal a response.
