The build up..

The Stevens: Running to, not away, GameDay

... continues. Yes, the build up for the biggest game since, well, a really long time, continues, the energy is becoming more visible and palpable. That's what Patrick '18 and Ashley Stevens encountered as they took a morning run about campus. Aside from having to avoid more people than normal about the campus sidewalks and lakeside paths, the iron man and woman had to avoid the barricades that NDPD erected as ESPN's GameDay took over Library Quad. Suffice it to say, those barricades will be working doubly hard on Saturday, keeping the Irish fans in line. On the running into ESPN's GameDay, Stevens shared, "Running is like driving. You really have to still alert to your surroundings, and that's especially the case at ND when it's the day before the biggest game ever!"
