... in the air. Yes, amid the usual smells wafting through the hallways of St. Ed's, there is a new smell, one that is new but certainly well known. It's a smell that everyone knows. One that is sweet; one that brings a sense of peace. One that automatically puts a smile on one's face. What smell am I describing? The smell of fresh chocolate chip cookies! Gabriel Yallaly, Steds freshman and traveling troubadour, is a baker, and in the refitting of Ed's has become a new addition to the Ed's late night line up. And they are a most welcomed addition! Still, there are whispers about saying that these cookies may help Ed's capture that elusive and coveted Michelin star. On baking chocolate chip cookies, Yallaly said, "The famous Yallaly cookies have made their way all the way to Ed’s, the finest eatery east of the Mississippi!"
