Ed's: Situation normal...
... open! With great fanfare, Ed's, campus' most favorite hall eatery, re-opened under new management and with menu offerings. Freshmen, Caden Hickey and Eva Greer, are at the helm and are hungry, literally and figuratively, for a Michelin star. Retooling procedures, retraining workers, re-sourcing food supply distributors, and "re" anything and everything else, these two have started yet another "re-naissance" at Steds. No longer will there be the awkward, late night gurgling of an empty stomach in a Steds study lounge. No longer will there be late night walks to LaFun- in subzero weather- to purchase overpriced snacks. No longer indeed as Ed's is now open, bigger and better than ever! On the re-opening, Caden Hickey, Steds freshman, Bear fans, and resident Illinoian, shared, "A successful first night! We had 45 orders in the 2 hours that we were open. Thank you to all our customers!"
