... continuing and so are the study breaks. Again, by executive order, President Tommy Kelly has directed that everything been done to provide the Gentlemen a break from their studying. So, again, at 9PM, there was a study break held in the Flounge, where the Gentlemen took a break, enjoying food and camaraderie... and helped one another to buoy spirits. On the third day of finals, the Gentlemen were treated to Domino's Pizza, root beer floats, and Insomnia Cookies.
But you know what? Executive orders may be said in a moment, but they take some energy to come to fruition. Enter Hall Staff. Yes, thanks to the Hall Staff, Louis Rauch, Stephen Heritage, and Christian Bardsley, the study break came to be, assisting and organizing the event so that, well, magically, everything just appeared.
On the study break anchored by Domino's Pizza, Lou Rauch, Steds senior and resident Illinoian, shared, "A taste of Italy straight from the wood-fire ovens of Domino’s, providing a nice break from rigorous studying. As always, the Steds Hall Government finds new ways to attend to the needs of the Gentlemen of the Hall"
while Bardsley added, "Nothing makes me happier as an RA than feeding the masses who desperately need a study break, and of course, Domino's Pizza!"
