Special just got...

Bread NOT from your freezer!

... more special. Ed's is a special place, and the food that Ed's serves up is, you guessed it, special too. And when some said that Ed's and its food couldn't get any more special, it did. How? By homemade bread. Studying aboard in France, Steds senior and North Carolinian, Kyle Bass increased not only his knowledge and fluency in French but also his love of bread. French bread made an impression upon Bass so much so that he now makes his own at home... and without a bread maker. Made from scratch, Bass' bread is the real deal and has a certain je ne sais quoi. And the great news is that Bass' passion for bread can be experienced at Ed's as it is now used in all its paninis. On the homemade sourdough bread made by Bass, Cam Stornetta, Steds senior and Ed's sandwich artist, pictured above, said, "It’s fantastic that we can bring our production so close to home, and continue not only to bring the men of this Hall good food made with quality inputs!"
