Maillie doing something important
...in the spot light. Luke Maillie, Steds junior, recently graced the front page of the coveted www.nd.edu under the section "Student Spotlight." Maillie is a physics-in-medicine major, and during this past summer, he returned to Tanzania with a solution to a problem that encounter while there- power blackouts. What's the solution? Gravity lights. Of course... why didn't I think of that! On Maillie recent work, an Stedsman speaking on the condition of anonymity, said, "We all knew that he was wicked smart...but not this smart."
