Constant learning at Notre Dame
...in and out of the classroom. That's what Braeden Benedict, Steds freshman, discovered as he changed his bicycle's flat tire in the Steds main lobby. A seemingly easy and straight forward task turned into a real ordeal, or I mean, learning experience, requiring dedication, patience, and above all, smarts. Thankfully, Braeden possessed all of this and more so that, eventually, his bicycle was once again functional. On replacing a flat tire, Benedict said, "Just doing a little engineering thing."
