Austin Reeves, a food tech at Ed's, Steds' in-hall food eatery located in room 105, says that the recent blast autumn weather has prompted Stedsmen to order the "BCon", a panini named after a former Ed's manager, Brian Conway '12. The BCon is a hearty, yet healthy, panini consisting of roastbeef, cheddar cheese, horseradish, tomatoes and dijon mayo. Of course, pizza sticks were a close second.
Food Sales operating out of Room 105? Somewhat appropriate since my roommates and I ran the St. Ed's food concession while living in what we called Rock 105, way back in the day (1983-1984). Plenty of burned pizzas at 03:00 AM ...
