Pre-Game Float at the Reflecting Pool
The Gentlemen set
the tone for yesterday’s Game Day by staging the Steds’ Float- floating in
inflatable pool toys in the Library's reflecting pool. Even though the ND
Marching Band did not march by the floating Steds’ flotilla of rubber duckies
and baby killer whales, the Float got the Gentlemen up, out, and ultimately
ready for the big day. Bobby Weltner, Senior and faithful floater, said,
“Yesterday proved that band or no band, rain or shine, the boys will float on.” Indeed, float on Gentlemen, float on!
