Hi there
While the squirrels at Notre Dame continue to take a break, their cousins in the D.C. area are stepping into the spotlight. Along with girlfriend, Abby, John Posluszny '20 took a Thanksgiving Day stroll in a D.C. park, and like campus, they were not alone. Oh, we're not about other people being present... we're talking about them... our furry friends. And while our furry friends on campus seem to be more preoccupied with whatever is they do, these city squirrels were, well, more upfront and direct. What are upfront about? Getting hand outs and preparing for the coming winter. On being spotted nibbling, this squirrel non-verbaled, “A Thanksgiving meal fit for a squirrel! Enjoying the food before the long winter! Got more?”
