They had...

One more time: a visit to the field

... their day, and it snowed! Seniors enjoyed not only a decisive victory against B.C. but also another trip to the field. Our Steds seniors, along with the entire student body, paid the field a visit when Clemson was defeated, but this time, following the conclusion of what many are referring to say, the Snow Bowl, only seniors were allowed onto the field. A tradition, yes, but this time, it a bit more than that... an opportunity to be together after seeing their last game as undergraduates and share a moment. And what a moment they had! On the moment, David Hale, Steds senior and RA, said, "I was glad to see so many fans show up in the snow and bitter cold to sit in the stands just to see us seniors get a picture. Truly flattering.”

Another Steds senior who was there, Steve Sayles, added, "What an unforgettable night we had last Saturday. To be able to celebrate a great game with such unique weather was a blessing. I will never forget going down on that field and calling it my own with my fellow Gentlemen. Our last gameday perfectly encapsulated what makes Notre Dame, its football team, and its traditions so special."
