Baby Kade doing his duty for King and Hall!
... on the St. Edward statue. Simply put, there is no update. Surprisingly, there is no estimated time of return for our beloved patron to his perch in St. Edward's Park, but that isn't stopping some from taking advantage of his absence. Much like the residents who pushed the proverbial envelope when the rector was away from the Hall so too are they now with the patron's absence. While out for repair, Jay Williams ‘12 hoisted his two month year old son James "Kade" Williams IV to man the post. When asked for comment, Baby Kade said, "Somebody has to watch the Park while St. Ed is away. Last thing we need is someone tripping over a rogue root or over some uneven sidewalk. Plus, this photo will look great on the front cover of my ND application one day. If I get placed anywhere but St. Ed’s, there’ll be hell to pay!"
Well said Baby Kade... well said indeed!
