It was a game to...

A Steds postgame gathering

remember! Yes, Notre Dame's game against Boston College was a game to remember if not for the fumbles then certainly for the location... Fenway Park! Fenway was a great venue and a nice home away from home for the Irish. In the end, the Irish prevailed 16 to 13 making all Irish fans breathe a sigh of relief! Still, the game was a time for the "Steds World" to contact and renew the bonds of brotherhood. Of the Irish win and Steds post game gathering with six "generations" of Stedsmen in present, Andrew Blonigan '15 said, "It was an ugly win, but being reunited with my brothers from Steds helped keep our fires lit and our cabins warm" while Andy Thomas '11 said, "The game was way too close for comfort, but the atmosphere at Fenway was phenomenal. And there's no way any other hall could replicate the post-game get together -- Steds Alumni representing 6 graduating classes!"
