It's the first...

Let the learning begin...

... day of classes for the 2020-2021 academic year! While the weather for move-in was superb- certainly the best for in the past fifteen years- the weather for the first day of classes was the typical Northern Indiana hot and humid day in August. Still, spirits are high and the zeal for learning palatable among the Stedsmen, especially for the thirty-five newest members of the Steds Family. One of those new members is Liam Corcoran, brother of Stedsman Joe Corcoran '19. On the first of day of classes, Corcoran said, "The University of Notre Dame and St. Edward’s Hall welcomed us, the newest Gentlemen, with warm greetings from 6 feet apart and presents of face masks. Some would even say that, HERE, the social distance guidelines has expedited the community bonding as a simple gift of hand sanitizer proves to be the best introduction. We are just about as excited for the upcoming year as Fr. Ralph is about the restarted WNBA season so this unprecedented year has a promising start.”
