Saturday's Squirrel.

Not your ordinary butterfly

With our campus squirrels enjoying a season of plenty as students are once again giving them handouts, let's shift our attention to a most unique bush that is close to St. Edward's, the butterfly bush. Yes, in-between the Main Building and St. Edward's Park there is a large bush with conical purple flowers. These flowers seem irresistible to butterflies who can be found there at all times of the day. Walking back to Steds, a stop at the butterfly bush is must, and when making such a stop, this Papilio Glaucus or Yellow Eastern Tiger Swallowtail. Enjoy the beauty of God's creation right here in St. Edward's Park.
