Haag: Doing his part
...
the boys. Yes, the war is continue to wage on, and our brave boys and their mullets continue to advance. While things may be going their way, we still want to continue highlighting our Gentlemen and their mullets. In this series, we try to show the softer side of our brave boys. Sometimes we forget, that behind that powerful and awesome mullet, is a gentleman, who like Winston Churchill, "likes the smell of powder but hates war." Here is one of those brave gentlemen, who for King and Hall, got a mullet and went off to the front lines to battle the enemy with every follicle of his being, Connor Larson. Before heading off, this freshman of St. Ed's shared some thoughts on his mullet for the blog.
St. Ed: How do you feel having a mullet? Was it worth the wait?
Haag: After growing my hair out for nearly a year, I am delighted to finally have my mob of follicles crafted into 80's awesomeness, a mullet. Truthfully, I am overwhelmed and am on verge of tears.
St. Ed: How does your mom feel about you sporting a mullet?
Haag: My mom loved me growing my hair out because it showed I had curly hair. Though she never saw the final product in-person, she was like me, all in to strike a blow against malaria.
St. Ed: Does your mullet have a name?
Haag: Yes! Keeping to my Nebraskan roots... it's the Nebraska Prairie Schooner. It's prairie polite up front, but it's schooner of prairie fun in the back!
St. Ed: Still. what do you think your mullet communicates?
Haag: I care about the KIDS! Take that malaria.
St. Ed: Good luck out there!
