Hall Government in exile?
...Kurt Roemer is as he studies alone in the Gregorian mural room and study lounge. Why? Is it because of his caustic personality? If not, then perhaps an offensive oder? Is he just a loner? On his being alone, Roemer said, "That's the hall government working for the kids. While others sleep, go to class, or leave for Thanksgiving Break, the RHR (Ryan, Haley, Roemer) Administration remains hard at work trying to make dreams come true!"
