... or not? Campus is surrounded by many plants and trees, some of which have edible fruits and nuts. Today's focus is on these grapes. Are they edible? Yes, yes they are! These wild grapes are edible and are best eaten AFTER a frost. Extremely tangy, these grapes can be made into wine, juice, and jams. Still yet, they can be eaten raw. But be careful! These small grapes have large seeds and leave a terrible stain. On eating these grapes, Fr. Ralph shared, "They are indeed tangy, but after you have a couple them, they're not that bad. Really!"
