Wind: Natural tree pruning
... windy, but in the end, it really was. During a sunny day, the wind was warm and breezy. Now, it wasn't the wind you would associated with a storm, but let us say, it was a noticeable wind. To be honest, it was a nice wind to have as it was warmer than usual. But who knew just how windy it really was? No one did. Only when a branch from one of the hundred years old oak trees of God Quad did we grasp... "hey, it's pretty windy out there!" On the east side of God Quad, the wind brought down a large branch of an oak tree, and thankfully, when it did, no one was injured. On the tree damage, Peter Raus, said, "It's fortunate that no one was around to be injured. It is much better to give limb than take a life!"
