... intramural sports. Again, if it is being offered by RecSports, Steds is fielding a team or two, sometimes, even three. Yesterday, we heard from our freshmen tennis stars, but today, it's time to direct the light on another rising stars, or stars, of the intramural scene. The Steds' intramural flag football team has once again taken to Ricci Fields, and they're giving it their all, showing no mercy. Captained by Tommy Gallagher, Steds junior and resident Indianian, marshaled the team's talent to take down their opponent, Baumer Hall, much like the ND football team did with Wisconsin this past weekend. Indeed, no mercy, no fear here. On winning, an exuberant Captain Gallagher said, “Getting a 'W' was fully expected and a great way to start the season. This team has one goal in mind: getting to the Stadium and winning the championship!”
