... from a moment to show off. Stedsmen never pass up a moment to show off their skills, moves, and talents and that is especially the case when an open mic was involved. In addition to Portillo's last Friday, there was also a karaoke contest. Covid compliant, Friday Karaoke gave Stedsmen of all class levels an opportunity to give the best renditions of their favorite songs. Can't sing? Not a problem. All that matters is that they gave it the old college go... and gave that go with passion and panache. Who won? Everyone, but if someone had to be declared a winner, then Hayden Mascarenhas and his singing of Justin Bieber's Baby would get the nod. On the karaoke-ing, Josh Gambardella, former Steds Hall President, senior, and karaoke judge, said, "It was a tremendous display of talent from my fellow Stedsmen. Truly an honor to be called back home to witness and judge the contest. As long as no one quits their day jobs, we should be okay."
