Thanks to a generous, anonymous donor, the Stedsmen's hunger for a Game Day cookout with all the trimmings were satisfied on Game Day Eve as Portillo's of Chicago catered a special meal for a very special group. Served at Plaza St. Edward's, the Steds backyard patio, and in keeping with University Covid guidelines, the Stedsmen enjoyed Italian beef and Chicago sausage sandwiches, pasta salad, a green salad, and a slice of Portillo's famous chocolate cake. Suffice it to say, they were many Irish eyes a smiling! Indeed, there smiles, laughs, talk of the game, and some looking for another slice of cake. In the end, it was a great start to the weekend. On the special catered meal, our anonymous donor shared, "
