... more heroes! Yes, there are more heroes at Steds. Who are they? They are our Ed's culinary representatives... our servers! They staff Ed's faithfully and always have a smile, and nothing, and I mean nothing, will prevent them from keeping their appointed rounds. Yup, they're just like the post service! And when you encounter one of these representatives, it's a moment that you'll won't forget, and you'll find yourself coming back for more! One of our heroes is Robby Sommer. On being an ed's culinary representative, Sommer, Steds freshman and resident Illinoisan, shared, “But why does everyone show up at the same time? Thirty minutes no orders, then 15 in ten minutes!”
