A whole lot of cook'n going on here.

... that happened over the Labor Day holiday weekend was a barbecue with Lyons Hall. Living next door in Zahm Hall for the academic year as their hall is renovated, Lyons Hall residents were invited to Plaza St. Edward, the Steds patio, for a holiday barbecue. At the direction of President Michael Heffernan, the Stedsmens not only showed up to be gracious hosts but also to cooked the meal for the ladies. But it must be said that the cooking responsibilities really fell on the shoulders of one Gentleman, Gabriel Yallaly. A standout sophomore, literally and figuratively, Yallaly dutifully manned BOTH grills, cooking up tasty treats for the ladies and his fellow gentlemen.  Suffice it to say, there were smiles all around... and no E. coli. On cooking for the Steds Labor Day Barbecue, Yallaly, traveling troubadour and resident Illinoisan, shared, "Cooking burgers for Steds and Lyons was flippin’ fantastic!"
