Was he in or out...

... the call! During the recent RecSports Flag Football Championship, where two Steds teams faced off against each other, there was much happening on and off the field. Off the field, in the stands, fans were at it, cheering, chantings, and of course, heckling. On the field, the team of seniors were pulling out all the proverbial stops against the upstart freshmen team. Yet, there was more happening on the field. Enter the RecSports referees. Making the call and keeping passions in check, the referees did their best to keep it fair and let the kids play, but despite all their efforts, controversial calls were made. One of those questionable calls involved freshman receiver Holden Welter. After making a catch, Welter was off to the races, running down the sideline for a touchdown. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a high pitched whistle brought everything to a screeching halt. RecSports referees called Welter for running out of bounce. Was it the right call? You make the call! On the call, Welter said, "Definitely wasn’t out. We were robbed of a touchdown. The freshmen were robbed of a championship, always will be Freshmen vs the Refs!"
