Stop and smell the flowers...
...or Saturday's critter. Thanks to Fr. Terry Ehrman, CSC, Saturday's squirrel has been expanded to capture the great variety of wildlife, flora, and fauna at Notre Dame. On a recent walk around campus, Fr. Ehrman ran into this odd but strikingly beautiful scene. What is it? It's a halictid bee enjoying the fruits of the aster flower. On capture this rare sight, Fr. Ehrman, said, "Once again, the creation of God delights us!" Indeed, Fr. Terry, indeed it does!
