Friends with Moniyhan (R) during happier times
...something that he did in a moment but would have to live with, well, until his hair grew out again. Yes, Steds freshman, Michael Moniyhan, cut his hair off and painted his head gold to show his spirit for the Irish against Michigan State. A bold thing to do, but without doubt, Moniyhan's baldness got the message across at the game. On Moniyhan's bald and gold head, Fr. Ralph said, "Here's a true fan! There's no question about that, but a question that is on my mind, is 'Why didn't Moniyhan's other friend (pictured above) do the same?!'"
