Parting Thoughts.

Who knew? Blonigan's a cat lover

Say it ain’t so! Andrew Blonigan, Sted’s senior, is nearing the end of his matriculation at Notre Dame. Amid a “busy” senior semester, Blonigan was gracious enough to share some of his thoughts and memories. Here’s what Blonigan had to say when asked for some parting thoughts.

St. Ed: What are you looking forward to in these last days of your last semester?

Blonigan: Navigating the Obamacare website and getting in shape for summer

St. Ed: What is one of your favorite memories of StEds?

Blonigan: Football game watches on the fourth floor and all the everyday tomfoolery. Oklahoma 2012 comes to mind.

St. Ed: Looking back, would you have done anything differently?

Blonigan: I wish I had spent less time on my computer and more time hanging with my boys, staying in shape, and watching sports.

St. Ed: What advice would you have for those following in your wake?

Blonigan: I say:

1. Play inter-hall sports. Sted's Football will rise again!

2. Support ND's sports teams, but don't be like Leprechaun legion, they're lame.

3. Invest time in yourself: sleeping, staying in shape, and looking for a job. These are all more important than doing homework.

4. Don't be cynical: you're at ND. Get on board, and enjoy it while its lasts!

Starting in the fall, Blonigan will be working for a financial technology company in Boston.

Good luck and Godspeed to you, Mr. Blonigan!
