Smiles and Spice: Jambalaya a la Toups

... now at Ed's! Well, sort of. Recently, Paul Toups, Steds freshman and resident Louisianan, used the Ed's kitchen to whip some Louisianan Jambalaya. With friends watching, Toups demonstrated his culinary aptitude, delivering a dish that would rival that of culinary legends, Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay. On cooking up a Louisianan feast at Ed's, Toups stated, “ I love to share a taste of home with all my Notre Dame friends.”

And yes, Fr. Ralph got a taste too.
