O'Neill: Where to sit...
... September! With the supply chain cooperating for a change, it's Christmas in September at Steds as the much awaited lounge furniture has finally arrived. It's difficult to believe, but it's true... the furniture is HERE! One night, we went to bed with an empty lounge, and then, magically overnight, our lounge was no longer empty but fill of furniture! Suffice it to say, smiles abound, and posteriors are sitting in luxurious comfort that only the Steds Gregorian Lounge can provide. It appears the long wait was well worth it, but more is still on the way! So, stay tuned. On the arrival of the new furniture, Jackson O'Neill, Steds freshman and resident Wisconsinite, shared, "Although displacing our two hole putting green, these pieces of furniture create a great site for respite after a long day of nothing. The new chairs and couches are a fantastic addition to the Greg (Gregorian Lounge). While the pandemic the supply chains have been lackluster at best, luckily, these gems have found their way to the best lounge on campus!"
