...and smell good
too! “Hall Spirit” builds up over time you know! These are just a few of the things that
Maem (pronounced like ma’am) Detaksone, Steds Housekeeper, does in the
course of a day. Taking care of the Hall and its Gentlemen since 2008, Maem has
done so with an eye for detail and an ever-present smile. During Founder's
Week, the Gentlemen honor Maem with a “Maem Appreciation Day,” thanking her
individually for her service, a public shout-out in The Observer’s
“Viewpoint,” and a small gift…this year a pair of tickets to the BYU game. Now,
only if I could arrange a win….
