A total...

Safe and stylish too...

... well, almost total, solar eclipse is happening today right here at Notre Dame! The totality of the eclipse will actually be ninety-seven percent, and while that's pretty significant, it's not enough for some residents of Steds. Yup, it's just not enough, and so, they will venture down state to Indianapolis where the totality will be one hundred percent! But regardless of where you take in the eclipse, here or there, Notre Dame has provided students with free eclipse glasses. With glasses provided by the Physics, Astronomy, and Supernova Club, College of Science, and Nieuwland Lecture Series, students will be able to safely take in the eclipse. On solar eclipse, Fr. Ralph said, "Is this what Bonnie Taylor meant by a total eclipse of the heart?"
