A Great Sign: Stornetta's Smile
... smiling about? Yes, what is Cam Stornetta, the Ed's sandwich artist, smiling about? He has the grin of the Cheshire Cat! Apparently, he knows something that we don't. Perhaps it has something to do with paninis he's making? Maybe he knows just how good they really are? While slicing the home made bread for tonight's paninis at Ed's, Stornetta was in a generous mood and shared the secret to making the perfect panino. On the secret of making of making great paninis, Stornetta shared, "Lots of effort... and precise slicing of the bread!"
