Celebrating moms is a classy affair at Steds

Moms! After a welcome soirée on Friday night Foley's of O'Neill Hall of Music and a brunch at NDH, it was time for our Celebration Dinner. Held in the Dahnke Ballroom of the Duncan Student Center, Moms treated to not only specular views of campus but also a special program that saw the new Notre Dame Student Body President and Vice-President sworn in by Ryan Casey, Steds Election Commissioner. Still, while there were a number of April Fool's jokes, moms heard an insightful reflection given by Bobby Weltner, C.S.C., former Stedsman, on the special bond of sons and moms. Indeed, it was a night to remember. On the evening, Johnny Ryan, C.S.C., former Stedsman, said, "No fooling. For a change, it's all for and about them!"
