It's official. Jon Heintz ’09, NDLS ’14, and Halie Vilagi of Ohio State were married at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on what turned out to be a beautiful cold and snowy spring at Notre Dame. With Fr. Ralph witnessing and surrounded by family, friends, and the Steds family, Jon and Halie exchanged their vows with much joy and happiness... and emotion. Still yet, this couple really wanted to get married that they started the wedding early, making Fr. Ralph late for first time in seventeen years. On Halie joining the Steds family, Dr. Kevin Sonn ’09, Stedsmen and classmate of Jon, declared, “For someone who can handle herself in court, we will see how Halie handles joining the family of the most prestigious residence hall in the country. My guess is quite well.”
