What's cooking...

McGuire: a Louisiana cooking 

... at Ed's? As the favorite campus residence hall eatery, Ed's, remains closed for the year, it is now open to any and all the Gentlemen who would like to have the proverbial old college go.  Throughout the day, various smells of culinary delights- as well as near delights- waff down the first floor corridor. Recently, ANOTHER curious but most delicious smell, was smelled as freshman Dan McGuire was in the midst of cooking up a feast. What's his secret? This man from Nashville isn't saying. On what he was doing, McGuire shared, "I’d be 'jambalaying' if I said I didn’t love the Steds kitchen.”
