Ed's: Great food, great smiles

...at Ed's? Great question. Ed’s, the in-Hall eatery, opened, ironically, on Labor Day. Under the direction of Ed’s manager, Max Kempf, the residents of St. Ed’s are once again enjoying pizza sticks, paninis, smoothies, and much more. Still, thanks to Kempf’s creative genius, Ed’s goers will notice new items most notably the lemonade smoothie- something to cool you down on a hot day. On Wednesday’s night at Ed’s, Quinn Schwartz, Ed’s server and pictured above, said, “While everyone has their favorite item, everything is served with a smile.”
